Well I was in hurry to release this (because a game of Monopoly was waiting for me) and the OP and ED timing wasn’t shifted from episode 1. Here is a patch to fix this.

Concerning the GL movie, rumors have gone around saying you won’t do it until there’s a high quality video available. Can’t you just make an .ass file for starters?

While this isn’t really an appropriate place for this question I’ll answer anyways. We used to frequently release the script well before the encoded video was ready because in those days access to raws and encode times usually were much longer then they are now. With most of our tv shows that we have subbed we have people in Japan who capture the shows directly and we usually have access to a raw well within 5 hours after the show is done airing. With movies and ovas like the second Gurren Lagann movie and the DTB OVA that came out we need to rely on Japanese p2p uploaders who are particularly unreliable at this. The reason we don’t release just the scripts anymore because it creates quite a bit of confusion for some downloaders because of the amount of ‘unofficial’ release that happen when we release just the script.

Good, hold onto the script and perfect it and put it on a nice high quality video… by Saturday. :] (got some friends coming back from residence to watch this together.)
