Knowing what have been stated on your website, the [gg] release was obviously a troll. No typesetting, no editing, no sign translation, in a word horrible even for a speed sub.

The troll indeed succeded, but looking how many people are connected to the tracker of the BSS made episode, I think probably Koda made a massive advertising to this group.
I wonder if his next step is to make several AniDB account to vote 1 on this group release and 10 on his own, unless he did already.

Could you please release an SD version of this episode (and maybe future episodes)?
I can usually use the re-encodes done by sites like AnimeTake, but now they’ve all done the other [gg] labeled release for 11 and I’m kinda out of luck with getting a fixed version in SD unless you guys release it…
So… please make an SD release for us poorfags with shit computers? :(

疾風怒濤 appears to be the actual Japanese translation of sturm und drang. I assume that danke bit was just due to the character’s use of, “thank you.”
That obnoxious TL note was the first thing I checked when my DL was finished and, thankfully, it’s gone along with the SUGOOOOIII! nonsense.

The file I took off the FTP was edited by BSS’ editor. A few signs were translated and I linked to the entire signs file translations. So basically you’re calling BSS’ work horrible.

So, how do I activate the subs for the .mkv files? ’cause when I download the torrents in the .mkv format, the subs won’t come out. Is there anything I can do to make them appear?

Since you stole and pubblished an unfinished job, yours is horrible, BSS final product is very good.

I am curious as to why you even did it though Koda. Just to show them that they should change the password on the FTP server? That seems kinda pointless. Since people who were/are following gg/Ecliptic-BSS’s subs for Durarara will obviously want the finished product anyway, it’s not like an unfinished pre-release does anything but waste some bandwidth and cause a bit of temporary confusion anyway. It kinda feels like this was supposed to be an antagonistic action, but it doesn’t really achieve that.

Thanks for the upload. How many sites/companies references were there? Amazon, YouTube, MSN, Yahoo, Microsoft, Maxtor, Sony, Ubuntu, 4chan (or possibly the site 4chan was based on), Award (this company makes BIOS chips). First animated series I’ve seen to reference a linux distro.
