So let’s see…
[Frostii] briefly drops Durarara!! for lack of a translator.
[Frostii] finds a new translator for Durarara!! almost immediately.
[BSS] loses their translator.
Am I wrong in trying to connect the dots here…?

I believe a translator from eclipse dropped out to attend uni in Japan and thus had no more time to sub

Finally (again), another translator had to back off from translating this show. Well, it’s time for looking another fansub guys! (again)
Seem this show isn’t interested anymore by the translators….
Still hoping this fansub could find new translator, so I don’t move to the other fansub (again).

It seems you made a little mistake, calling “Shizu-chan” “Shizzy”. You should probably release a v2 to fix this error.

@Rarararararara: They’ve always translated Shizuo-chan as Shizzy (see episodes 3 and 6). On the plus side, at least Celty finally won out against, “Selty.”
I really hope that BSS doesn’t drop this series, given that theirs seems to be far and away the best release. If nothing else, there’s Crunchy Roll, but I really hope it doesn’t come to that.

Eh… Maybe I’ll give translation a shot. But only if the series can keep my interest enough. I won’t spend a lot of time on it if it isn’t interesting.

This show is really great, and you guys have done a great job at subbing it.
I think it’s a bit over my level of Japanese, though.
I usually just translate text (which is quite different from the spoken language), and I’m not even that good.
Really hope you find another translator before next week – or get it going again as soon as you find one.
