DTB Gaiden 04 (Final)
Well here is the last episode of the 4 part ova. Maybe we’ll see a third season, maybe not. Either way this will be the last thing that BSS releases for a while, though you can expect encodes of Gundam Unicorn 2 when it releases in October and then after that HD encodes of the Nanoha movie whenever it is released on Blu-ray. As for Blu-ray encodes of DTB Gemini you might see those from CEB sometime in the future, but don’t keep your hopes up.

I know you’ve disabled comments, which is logical after what happened, but it unfortunately means I had no means of giving help on how to use less bandwidth without quality issues for the online TV stream, which is obviously important after last time.
I will make this in a simple format:
+”currently used” -> “recommendation”
-extra info & alternatives
+720×480 anamorphic (max) -> 540×360 anamorphic
-640×360 for non-anamorphic
-you can also crop to 4:3 (25% fewer pixels) or at least go halfway with 14:9 (12.5% fewer)
+30fps -> 20fps
-remember to lower the video bitrate accordingly (unless you want the better quality)
+48KHz -> 32KHz
-even 24KHz would probably work for TV
Stereo -> mono (be sure it doesn’t amplify the audio and clips)
+16bit -> 8bit
-really, for TV it sounds fine
Even if you did just the 540×360 and the 20fps (with bitrate adjustment), you’d be using only 37.5% the amount of bandwidth! (though this reduction is so great that it ends up making the audio differences bandwidth reduction barely anything in comparison)
